Basement
Cycle sump pump(s) several times, full inspection performed including check valve, pump impellers, suction inlet, battery backup battery, discharge outlet, and electrical capacity.
Simulate a HURRICANE SCENARIO. (Improves moisture smell/general humidity). See Details.
Inspect, clear, & repair (as required) sump pump discharge line (interior & exterior).
Check for mold & mildew growth in basement/crawlspace.
Foundation
Inspect & evaluate structural integrity of the entire foundation.
Ensure your contract documents, warranty, and transferability remain current. This may be the most important part of the service as warranty changes may apply by way of changes in the structural integrity of the building, clogged drains, sediment/soil/mud infiltration. The system is designed to
take on water only.
Exterior
Clean out any and all stairwell drains, removing debris such as leaves, grass clippings, etc., and disinfecting system.

Clean exterior walls of stairwell drain stairs/breezeway using strong brush and pressure wash method.
Inspect & clear gutters & downspouts, ensuring discharge line is properly distanced from the home and efficiently directing the flow of water.
